Fostering Innovation in HR

Our student managers have been thoroughly enlightened by the lecture. They have learnt that an HR professional can foster innovation by Hiring, creating culture and by training and rewarding for innovation. Many student managers had great ideas and visions but they were in a dilemma not knowing what to do with them and how to turn those into reality. Your lecture made them understand the importance of innovation today and how to contribute to their organizations’ Innovation mandate by constantly improving their skills and creating a culture of innovation. They must now have gained clarity of thought on the role of HR and should have understood that the innovation springs from the minds of creative individuals working in an environment that spawns and encourages innovation.
