Ms.Smita Mehendale holds an M.B.A. degree from Pune University with specialization in Finance. She is currently pursuing PhD in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has seven years of corporate experience in diverse functions like finance, marketing and HR and across industries. She started her career with manufacturing and later moved to financial services and finally to training and consultancy before moving into academics. She has five yrs of academic experience and her core subjects include Retail Management and Marketing Management. Her area for research for PhD is in Online Retailing. She has managed and conducted training programmes for corporates and academic institutions.
