SIMS in association with NEN (the National Entrepreneurship Network) has held a number of awareness building programs on campus to foster the entrpreneurial spirit through interaction with successful startups and small income generating schemes:

1) 'Entrepreneurship Today - Opportunities & Challenges' – 9th Aug 2008.

2) 'Le Marche - The Market Place' – 28th Sept 2008.

3)  'SIMS - TATA NEN Hottest Start-ups Interaction' – 16th Oct 2008.
 

Prof Pravin Kumar has completed training in entrepreneurship development in the Stanford Univ/IIM B program run by NEN.
