Dr Mrs Swati Nalawade
A Ph.D. in Business Management with dual masters in MBA (Marketing) and M.Sc. (Zoology), she is a business oriented professional with around fourteen years of experience. Her doctoral thesis was in the area of New Product Launch Strategies and areas of current interest are Marketing, Product and Brand management, Brand Communication, Consumer Behaviour, Rural Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Her work experience comprise of academics, training, consultancy, research and advisor. The major industries that she has worked with include Media & Entertainment, Infra Structure, Research and FMCG. During this, she was associated for consultancy, training and advisory roles with organizations like Indo-German Tool Room, Indore, L&T, Bangalore, Wartsila, Airport Authority of India, Delhi, LIC of India, Delhi, Apollo Tyres, TNS India, Essel Infra Projects Ltd (Essel World ). She was also associated with academic institutes like Bajaj IMS, SNDT University, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, IIM Ahmedabad, Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication, ESCP-EAP France and few others.

Recently she has published papers at :

33rd All India Public Relations Conference, Nagpur on 23 The topic of the paper presented: “The Role of PR in building Education Brand.”
International Conference in Marketing, IIM Lucknow January 12-14, 2012. The topic of the Poster Paper presented: “Advertent and In-advertent Application of Anthropomorphism as a Tool in the Indian Branding Climate.”
An avid reader in Hindi Literature, she has published a book on Hindi-poetry – “Rewa Paar Se” in November 2012. She has also been a United Nations Debate winner and is a stage and theatre artist.

She is currently working on a Book- Anthropomorphism as a Tool for Marketers in India.
